This March, VEDA teams up with Australia’s leading plant-based Bar & Kitchen based in Sydney, Alibi. Helmed by celebrity chef, restaurateur and global pioneer of plant-based cuisine, Matthew Kenney and Head Chef Jordan Brogan, Alibi brings its innovative fare to showcase an evening of plant-based delights in Hong Kong for the first time. Given 4 seasonal ingredients to choose from, Head Chefs Jordan Brogan (Alibi Bar & Kitchen) and Paulson George (VEDA) will put their creative flair and imagination to the test through the creation of a bespoke menu, featuring both signature dishes, and specialty dishes designed just for the evening. The one-off, extraordinary dining experience will comprise of 4 courses, featuring 2 dishes every course – with a wine pairing option to complement your vegan feast.
