Embrace 2019 and charge yourself up for an active year ahead by joining this Healthy New Year Event at Cordis, Hong Kong. Run in partnership with Liv Magazine the event gives you the chance to explore the hotel's beautiful health and fitness facilities including rooftop pool, gym, and dedicated yoga and functional training studios before taking part in a high intensity Zumba class to music.

Begin with an afternoon or R&R at the Cordis health club and spa facilities then get in shape with an hour-long Zumba class run by XP Fitness instructor Kathleen Diño. Afterwards you can take it down a notch with some healthy snacks and a refreshing craft beer, served from the hotel’s vintage food trucks!

What is Zumba?
Grooving to the tunes of salsa and flamenco will make you feel more like a dance party than a workout. The Latin-infused workout is famous for its aerobic moves and explosive dance routines that help strengthen, balance, and stabilise your core. Be ready to be covered with heat and sweat!

Located in Central, XP Fitness brings to Hong Kong the latest in group fitness- internationally multi awarded fitness programs Hong Kong has never experienced before. Working out and staying healthy don’t need to be boring, intimidating but FUN! What does your ticket include?
From 3pm, take your time to explore Cordis, Hong Kong’s health club facilities. Between 4-6pm you’ll have the opportunity to try out the unique yoga, functional training areas and the outdoor pool, followed by an hour-long Zumba class from 7:30pm at Star Room and post-workout refreshments!

Guests will also receive a deluxe goodie bag full of wellness treats to take home.
