FEW and Sassy Hong Kong present you with a detox and wellness retreat located at a private house with beautiful gardens to reset your mind so you leave feeling refreshed and energized. 

We invite you to join us for relaxation and healing, FEW and Sassy Hong Kong style.

Morning Session

9:30-10:30am

Guided Meditation with Judy Xu of Balance Health - Judy has extensive experience in health and life coaching, intuitive coaching, akashic record, and numerology reading.

10:30-11:30am

The Deep Sleep workshop with Tricia Yap of Limitless - Tricia is an internationally accredited strength coach.

11:30am-12:30pm

Conscious Configuration with Hafsa The Slayer of Balance Health - Hafsa is a Certified Alternative Medicine, practitioner. She will run a combination of breathwork, movement then end with facial yoga.

12:30-2:00pm

Mindful Healing Lunc(including a plant-based meal and a drink). Setting good intentions with numerology and Tarot card reading with Sally Chu, the founder of the Oneness Platform, also known as a healer who has deep spiritual insight.

2:30-3:30pm

Breathwork and Sound Therapy with Aigul Safiullina of Respira - Aigul is a certified breathwork coach with over 1,200 hours of formal training accredited by Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA).

3:30-4:30pm

Full Body Yoga for Back Pain Relief with Indian master Mariappan of SambalaBhu Yoga - Mariappan started learning yoga at the age of 5 and he has over 15 years of experience in teaching Yoga.

4:30-5:30pm

Pressopuncture and Gua Sha Techniques with Gigi Ngan of OM - Gigi is a TCM Doctor. You will discover how to keep your body in optimal health and how TCM practices can strengthen and heal your body.

 5:30-6:30pm

Afternoon Tea (including savory and sweet snacks and a drink, & vegetarian options).

Numerology and Tarot Reading with practitioners.
