The Harbourfront Feast brings together thirteen headlining chefs representing the city’s most popular eateries who will each serve one of their signature dishes under the iconic Central Skyline. The Harbourfront Feast is the spotlight food event during the three-day free-entry Dine & Design @ Central Harbourfront Event Space organized by Central Venue Management.
Nathan Green (22 Ships), Bryan Nagao (TOWN), Antonio Cacciapaglia (La Locanda), Aturo Melendez (Chicha), Samson Mak (Mavericks), Stanley Wong (Culinart), Maria Bizri (Pomegranate), Vicky Cheng (Liberty Private Works), Aarik Persaud (The Butcher’s Club), Patrick Barrett (The Globe) and Taryne Napolitano (Relish Kitchen) serve up the savoury dishes while pastry duo Gregoire Michaud (Bread Elements) and Ryan Zimmer (Cookieboy) deliver the delectable desserts.
The outdoor food event is the first of its kind at the Central Harbourfront Event Space. Each chef cooks or prepares one dish at their individual station in the marquee area while guests relax at communal tables and benches and graze buffet-style. The ticket price also includes free flow wine and beer served by Victoria Wines and Peroni. The 360-degree view of the Hong Kong skyline provides the picturesque backdrop to a spectacular afternoon of fabulous food and creative surroundings.
Please note that in the event of typhoon signal 8 or red/black rainstorm the event date will be moved to Sunday the 3rd of May weather permitting, failing which a refund will be given
