Since 2011, Yuman Ng has been producing and shooting MV for The Yours, including Honey Treats, OVER, Straighthead, CITY FILM CLUB and Slip Out. Honey Treats and OVER which were shot using super 8 film had been listed on the authoritative British music magazine NME website, and Straighthead gained wardrobe sponsorship from American Apparel, which stirred up a lot of attention among the local indie bands. Yuman formerly worked in the fashion and magazine industry and was no expert in the music arena, but in 2012, with a pure and straightforward belief in the potential of local indie bands, Yuman Ng established his own independent label IMAGINE IMAGINE IMAGINE RECORDS (III-RECORDS) under a shortage of necessary funds. He believes Hong Kong has a lot of excellent indie bands, what they lack is a proper manager, that was why he boldly gave it a try and started managing The Yours, which very soon led him to establish his own III-RECORDS.
