Entry Fee:

*First come first serve until quota full. NO RACE DAY ENTRY.

*PAYMENT AMOUNT IS ON THE DATE PAID NOT THE DAY YOU REGISTER.

*HKD 100 charge for ANY category changes (on top of price difference in entry fee, no refund for distance category downgrade), team name changes or admin changes. Cancellation & Refunds:

Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No transfer of credit is possible to another race and you can NOT give your entry to another person or sell it to another person. HK$100 for all changes, admin changes like adding a team/charity/sponsor name or changing a distance category which does not include any price differences in categories which must also be paid in addition with a deadline for all changes 2 weeks before the race. After the deadline 2 weeks before the race no changes will be accepted. Race Director has the final say on all matters.
