Le Méridien Cyberport is proud to welcome acclaimed French Chef Nicolas Isnard during an exclusive culinary week from December 16 to 20, 2018 at Prompt Restaurant.  Celebrate the flavours of La Provence with Chef Isnard and experience the craftsmanship of his culinary skills for a week of celebration like no other.

Originally from the South of France, Chef Isnard learnt his passion for food from his Italian grandmother, cooking by her side as a child. He has since worked in many renowned restaurants in France, such as one Michelin star Le Vieux Logis, and the two Michelin stars La Rotonde in Lyon. At the age of 25, he was Chef de cuisine at L’ Auberge du Vieux Puits under three Michelin-starred Chef Gilles Goujon. Currently, Chef Isnard co-owns L’ Auberge de la Charme located near Dijon, the capital city of the historic Burgundy region in Eastern France, where he earned a Michelin star in 2009 within a year of the restaurant operation. The restaurant was also awarded three Gault & Millau toques.

Chef Nicolas’s cuisine combines tradition and innovation. His cooking philosophy can be reflected through one of his signature dishes – the Contemporary Onion Soup, made with an onion ice cream with crispy onions and bread crumbs served in a warm soup which enhances the flavour of the onions.

Chef Isnard will showcase his culinary creations through specially designed Sunday brunch, set lunch and dinner menus at Prompt restaurant. In conjunction with his appearance, wine pairing dinner events will be hosted as an interactive experience for guests.

Semi buffet Sunday brunch menu is available at HK$558 per person on December 16 with two main courses paired with fine wine and complemented with a salad and dessert buffet with some of the best cheeses France has to offer.

Guests looking for a quick fix of their cravings can opt for the set lunch starting at only HK$298 per person on December 17, 18 and 20 with wine pairing supplement at HK$98 per person. For a romantic dinner with your loved one, a five-course dinner set menu is also available at HK$588 per person with wine pairing on December 17 and 18. Highlights include Red Tuna Cevicce with refreshing apple & pequillos ice cream. Savour tasty Foie Gras and Corn or the Chicken Supreme with red cabbage and kumquat.

Enhance your gourmet experience with 2 exclusive wine-pairing dinners on December 16 and 20 with a rare chance to mingle with the Michelin starred Chef Isnard and interact with experienced sommeliers that will guide you through this exciting wine journey.

The highlight of the week will be the “Gala Dinner with the Stars” held on December 19th where guests will be greeted with a selection of delicious canapés during an intimate cocktail reception on the outdoor terrace, followed by a seven-course wine pairing dinner. Signature dishes include the fresh jelly set oyster with caviar and its iodized cream as well as the delectable large lobster ravioli, confit eggplant with its Asian style broth.

Diners will get a chance to win a round trip business class ticket to Paris sponsored by Etihad Airways and other exciting prizes.
