More Details

ROOKiEZ is PUNK'D sends messages to be and stay straight to live through this kind of complicated era and the world we each face to carry on our everyday life by combinations of heart-moving, realistic Japanese lyrics and the band sound expressing wide range of feelings and emotions along with one-and-only good melodies that are hard to let go from one's mind.

Mainly active in Shibuya TOKYO, the band keeps expanding their energetic live performances by touring nationwide in Japan. Their strong and aggressive show style, reaching out to communicate with each and every audience in the crowd which quickly gathers the whole crowd in the venue as one, attracts and receives support from many listeners, both young and old in a wide range of audiences.

Their name is remarkably growing not only domestically but internationally, as their stage gets admission controls whenever they make guest band appearances for convention shows held in the United States. Their US limited-release album in 2014 and worldwide download releases of their past albums in over 23 countries are already making their international campaign a promising one in breaking the walls of country borders and language barriers, now and also in the future.

In addition, not only the band is active only in the band scene but crossovers freely in-between fashion and X-treme sports cultures, as SHiNNOSUKE (Vo./Gt.) acts as fashion models for domestic street brands Subciety and GoneR, and also receives support from US East Coast clothing brand srh, along with two domestic brands already mentioned. Furthermore, the bands has been appointed to be in charge of opening themes for numerous popular TV anime series, such as Durarara!! (デュラララ!!, often a.k.a. DRRR!!), BLEACH, Blue Exorcist (青の祓魔師, Blue Exorcist), and Yowamushi Pedal (弱虫ペダル, lit. "Weakling Pedal"), proving to be simply unstoppable in spreading the fields of activity they are capable to assimilate as they grow.
