It is through a shared vision of ‘bloody good food and wine’, a love of considered sourcing and over 100 years of experience that four of the northern hemisphere’s most prolific restaurateurs collaborate for an unseen dinner series and instalment from the unique, St. JOHN Bar

Housed in Rhoda, this meeting of minds will feature a four-course medley of firm favourites from each chef’s restaurant as well as interpretations of one chef’s dish, by another. Dinner includes a special selection of wines by Gulliver – expect to be served varietals of your choice, over the traditional path of a pre-selected set wine.

In addition, Rhoda’s bar will become a no reservations instalment of the St. JOHN Bar, where Gulliver has carefully shipped treasures from the St. JOHN cellar in London’s Shoreditch to Hong Kong’s, Sai Ying Pun. Also featuring a snack menu of six dishes, including the famed Roast Bone Marrow and Parsley Salad – a dish Anthony Bourdain has dubbed his own “death row meal.”
