The Envoy Bar & Restaurant

The Envoy, a cocktail bar and restaurant situated on the 3rd floor of The Pottinger Hotel at the intersection of Stanley Street is a modern take on the colonial influences of Hong Kong. Using tea as a key element in both the cocktails, Sunday Brunch and Afternoon High Tea menu, with a Colonial touch on the Small Plates menu designed as a daily newspaper. The Envoy encompasses both an indoor and outdoor area, where a retreat from the city can be found to savour.
