Choose from three starters like cured Scottish salmon, heritage beetroot and horseradish cream before feasting on a buffet-style main spread that bursts with honest, bold flavours. Guests can expect an abundance of roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots, sprouts with bacon and chestnuts, and Pigs in Blankets along with gravy and burnt apple sauce – the perfect accompaniments to a festive roast. Rhoda’s iconic cheesecake rounds out this meal set to remember.
