International Care Ministries

International Care Ministries (ICM) is a nonprofit organization that is called to release the poor in the Philippines from spiritual, emotional and physical bondage. It was founded in 1992 by Sharon Pastre, a Singaporean living in Hong Kong who realized the helplessness, hopelessness and suffering of the poor in the Philippines when a 21 year old women suffering from tuberculosis asked Sharon for a coffin rather than medicine. Since then, ICM has grown to serves hundreds of thousands of Filipinos living in unspeakable poverty on the islands of Negros, Bohol, Panay, Palawan, Cebu and Mindanao
