Saffron Bakery
Saffron Bakery first opened its doors in Tai Tam on Hong Kong Island’s south side in early 2002. Three shops and a central kitchen later, the business has changed quite a bit from the early days of frantically making muffins and cookies for the seemingly unending stream of children coming in the door. Our repertoire now includes a wide range of pastries both savoury and sweet, novelty birthday cakes, all natural breads and bagels, and of course every possible American cookie you can dream of!
